Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

Warm oil, hot towels and a hot pack for the back are used during each session, as well as hot stones may be used to help melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness and increase circulation and metabolism, warmed bamboo fusion sticks can be used to help break up fibrotic muscle fibers, and silicone suction could be used to help to aid in myofascial release of stubborn soft tissue.

Ear Candling/Coning
An ancient home remedy of many cultures including China, Egypt and India. It was said to be used to clean out excess wax build-up. It is now used for recreational purposes and allowing each individual to relax and unwind. The cone itself is made up of a muslin or cotton cloth and dipped in paraffin or bees wax. The cone is inserted into the outer ear and the opposite end is lit to create a vortex, potentially softening up the wax and allowing it to free up within the ear canal. Possibly leaving your ear lighter and clearer. Treatment takes about 15 minutes for each ear.
